How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is roughly two weeks after your mockup has been approved. Production begins once the final design is approved and payment has been received.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload and the details of your order. Additional rush fees may apply. If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly so we can review the timeline and let you know what is possible.

How many mockup revisions are included?

Each order includes up to three mockup revisions before approval. We want to make sure your design is right before production begins.

Can I make changes after approving my mockup?

Once a mockup has been approved, no further changes can be made. Approval confirms that the design is ready for production, and your order will move forward based on the approved mockup.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated after your order is packed and ready to ship. Since each order can vary by quantity, box size, weight, and destination, we do not charge a flat shipping rate upfront.

Once your order is ready, we will send a second invoice for the final shipping cost before the order is shipped.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all completed orders are final. Once your order has been completed, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?

We accept most file types. However, screenshots or photos of logos usually do not work unless they are extremely clear.

For best results, please send a high-resolution image or vector file. A black graphic on a white background is even better and helps speed up the mockup and production process.

How long does it take to receive a mockup?

We aim to provide your mockup within one business day after receiving your artwork.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. Whether you need a single custom hat or a thousand, we’ve got you covered. There is no minimum order required.

When is payment required?

Full payment is required upfront. This allows us to source and prepare your custom materials immediately.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Our bulk pricing is automatically calculated as your quantity increases. Price breaks will apply as you build your order, so there is no need to contact us separately for bulk pricing.

What happens if there is a delay or issue with my order?

If any delay or issue comes up with your order, we will notify you promptly by email or phone.

How do I place a reorder?

If you are looking to reorder a previous design, just reach out to us with your name and email. We will pull up your past order and help get your reorder started.
